Return & Exchange Policy:
Thank you for shopping with Ultra Beauty & Barber Supply. We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible, and we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange your purchases. Please take a moment to review our return policy outlined below.


Return Eligibility:
You are eligible to return your purchase within 10 days from the date of purchase. (STATE LAW: ABSOLUTELY NO EXCHANGE or REFUND ON Synthetic or Human hair of any kind).


Condition of Items:
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that products returned to ULTRA are in resalable condition and properly packaged. ULTRA will accept the following merchandise returns.

● Products which are brand new, unopened, in current packaging and sold by ULTRA
● Products whose shelf life is at least 6 months from expiration
● Products without price labels, residue from adhesive labels or markings of any kind
● Products purchased from Ultra by the invoiced Customer


Return & Exchange Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Visit Ultra Beauty & Barber Supply store where you made the purchase, and our friendly staff will assist you with the return or exchange process. Please bring your original receipt as proof of purchase.
2. Refund or Exchange: Upon the successful inspection of the returned items and verification of their condition, you will be eligible for either a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.


Exceptions:
Certain products may not be eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene and safety reasons, such as personal care items or products with broken seals. Please refer to the list of non-returnable


items provided:
● STATE LAW: ABSOLUTELY NO EXCHANGE ON Synthetic or Human hair of any kind.
● Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return
● Items have to be in the same condition when purchased.


Electric Items or Hot Tools Return Policies:
Certain brands have their own return policies that supersede the policies of Ultra Beauty & Barber Supply. You will have to contact that brand item directly.


Store Policies:
Please note that when making a hair purchase whether it is synthetic or human, that is the item you want before leaving the store, because there is absolutely no return or refunds on these items. We value your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible.
